Presentations were made at each squad to recognise various player’s achievements throughout the season. Presentations were made by our Chairman William Brown.

Eastbourne Squad player Finn Davenport was awarded the Allen Gales Award. This was the first time we have presented this award in recognition of our founding member and former treasurer/auditor, Allen Gales, who passed away in 2017. Finn was nominated and confirmed by the members of the committee and other coaches for his attendance, keenness and enjoyment of the game. Squad Coach Martin, assisted by Glen Lynam, ran a mini tournament where everyone received a prize.

Bexhill Squad player Thomas Marsden was awarded their ‘Player of the Year Award’. Thomas was nominated by the coaches for his eagerness to learn, attentiveness to coaching instruction and attendance.

Heathfiled had several presentations. Their ‘Players’ Player Award’, nominated by their peers, went to Thomas Neville and the ‘Coaches’ Player of the Year Award’ was shared by Georgia Thomas and Mark Saunders. The Kevin Marquis Award was presented to Katie Crouch for outstanding work, attendance, personality and her commitment to improve.
